Tap That… ("we") operates tapthat.zayrev.com for online pickup and delivery orders. We collect only what an order needs: your name, email, phone, delivery address, and order details. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers. Age verification (21+) happens at pickup with a valid ID; delivery orders are additionally age-verified online (AgeChecker.net) before the sale and ID-checked at handoff. We never sell your data. Advertising and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. This is measurement, not advertising.

You have two ways to stop the advertising use. Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of every page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor Global Privacy Control automatically on every request: when it is on, the advertising tags are not loaded at all and our analytics runs with ad personalization switched off.

Age verification

Some of what this store sells may only be bought by adults 21 or over, so we ask for your date of birth before you can complete an order. We keep the fact that you were verified and when, so we can show it if we are audited. We do not use your date of birth for marketing.

We use AgeChecker.net to run that check. Your first and last name, address, date of birth and email are sent to AgeChecker.net, which compares them against public and commercial records. If those records cannot confirm you, AgeChecker.net asks you for a photo of a government-issued ID and a photo of yourself, and a person reviews them. Those images go to AgeChecker.net, not to us: we receive only the verdict and a reference number.

AgeChecker.net is listed as a sub-processor in our vendor disclosure, and its own privacy notice explains how long it keeps a submitted ID.
